Job Matching

Job match is the measure of fit of an individual with his job or the job he is expected to take up. Assessments reveal the percentage job match of an individual during a recruitment process or during organizational restructuring. High job match indicates high chances of success for a person in a job. Job match also tells you who is / are best suited to a position while considering a promotion or recruitment. Multi-job match analysis may also be done to identify the best job position for a person when promotion is due.

Succession / Career Planning, Coaching and Development

Detailed reports on the profile of an individual and job match with respect to various positions in the organizational hierarchy are determined and career growth plan is developed. Individualized coaching and development can also be planned accordingly using the information in the reports.
