The ZERORISK Hiring System
consists of a 15-minute candidate assessment designed to measure Emotional Intelligence Competencies. The profile cannot be manipulated because it does not require the candidate to self-analyze themselves, which in turn provides more accurate information about the candidate's true emotional intelligence.
