He is a Certified Associate Consultant of Profiles International, Inc., USA – the world’s leaders and innovators in Assessment Instruments and Employee Evaluation. He holds an MS in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is trained in Advanced Neuro Dynamic techniques.

A Mechanical Engineer, he began his career as an Industrial Engineer with Hindustan Motors Ltd. (Auto Division). As an Industrial Engineer, he has had wide exposure in foundry, forging, press working and assembly line operations and worked on job standards development, incentive schemes, method improvements and cost reduction projects.

He has more than 15 years experience in consultancy. He has worked on a wide range of industrial engineering projects with many organizations around the country. Work Study, Material Handling and Layouts, Statistical techniques, Job Evaluation, Incentive Schemes, Project Feasibility and Quality Management Systems are also areas in which he specializes.

He is a Certified (By British Standard Institution) ISO 9000 and OHSAS 18000 system auditor. He has trained and interacted with few thousand executives in more than 40 corporations. He is one of the few reputed management systems consultants in Kolkata.

SOMA DAS (CHATTERJEE), Consultant

She works on Quality and Environment Management and Assessment based counseling and development assignments.

She is an Electrical Engineer with more than 13 years of consulting experience. Her interest is in counseling and coaching of individuals and groups with the aid of assessment instruments.

She has hands on experience in development and implementation of Quality Management Systems in many organizations. She is a Certified (By British Standard Institution) Environmental Management System (ISO 140001) auditor.

She holds a post-graduate diploma in financial management.

ABES GUPTA, Consultant
He has worked with various types of industries in nearly 40 years of his career, on Techno Economic Viability & Feasibility studies, Development of Stores and Inventory Control System, MIS, Market Surveys, Productivity Studies, Computerization of Inventory Control System, Purchasing System etc.

He has had the experience of developing and implementing Quality Management Systems in several organizations.

The last position he held was of General Manager in a tea company. He has worked in a senior managerial position in an export-oriented unit too. He has special interest in printing and packaging technology.
